If you have a reorder, giving the previous invoice number is helpful, but not necessary.

For new orders, we will need the following information:

Finished size and type of job (business card, flyer, letterhead, etc.)
Quantity needed
Paper (brand, color and weight if you know ... otherwise color and type of finish [linen, smooth, etc.])
Color(s) of ink
Any type of bindery involved (perforating, numbering, folding, stapling, etc.)
When you need the job completed
Your artwork or a sample or layout so we can create the artwork for your approval.
